Superintendents must have a minimum of five years experience within the retail construction field. Superintendents are required to have an understanding of all trades involved including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. OSHA training is required if you are not OSHA certified. Our superintendents are the first line of defense against accidents at the jobsite and we expect superintendents to be safety conscious at all levels of the jobsite.
Elite Retail Services relies heavily on technology for a successful project. As such, we require knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and more. Our IT-Linked supervision allows us to keep in constant communication with our clients. This communication is vital to the job and superintendents must have excellent verbal and written skills.
