Stephanie brings almost 20 years of construction accounting experience to her role as President where she oversees the company and the integrity of its financial picture. As President, Stephanie is responsible for leading the company in providing an exceptional construction experience for our customers, business partners, and employees.
Cliff joined the Coast Guard and served our Country for 8 years. His military background is the cornerstone of his leadership skills, and helped prepare him to take on one of our team leadership/management positions. He ensures that clients receive the best solutions to their complex problems and our teams and resources that we offer them best match what they need. Cliff fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining morale. His strong communication and client service skills enhance Elite’s management philosophy.
Pat is responsible for leading the project team toward a successful turnover. He is a versatile team player, and prides himself on effective communication with the client, and the ability to react quickly to complex challenges. He provides a great customer experience through effective management of each project by providing budget development and management, schedule oversight, subcontractor selection and management, quality assurance, client relationship growth, logistics and creative problem-solving.
TJ has over 20 years of experience in residential & retail construction. He has completed a 4 year NEFBA Apprenticeship program and has a Journeyman Certificate. During this time, he supervised construction of multi-million dollar custom homes. He then decided to make the transition from residential to the retail field and has been doing this ever since. He has built and supervised stores all over the US, including Aeropostale, Timberland, Charlotte Russe, Portrait Innovations, Foot Locker, Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, and Express.
John has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. He started in the industry by completing a 4-year electrical apprenticeship and working his way up to a lead project manager/estimator position. He spent most of his time in the electrical field in the critical power sector by working in data centers, back-up power generation and health care facilities where he eventually moved to a senior project manager role with a local GC with a focus in healthcare. With his transition into the retail construction industry, he uses his extensive trade knowledge and attention to detail to bring his projects to completion. Some of his recent retail projects include Crate & Barrel, Zara, Room & Board, World Market, Johnny Was, Jo Malone, MAC Cosmetics and Lego.
Gary provides cost estimating services for design-build, hard bid and negotiated construction projects throughout the US. With almost 15 years of experience, Gary’s background includes a strong work history in construction execution, coordination, and building management – allowing him a strategic approach to estimating as well as ongoing relationships with key subcontractors.
